  • CIRCLE FOR RECOVERY OF OHIO (CFRO): An
    education-based relapse prevention support project
    designed for males who are returning to the community
    following incarceration in a state operated penal
    institution. The project serves recovering drug abusers
    or offenders who were traffickers prior to incarceration.

    help getting over a rough spot, a quick response during a
    time of crisis or on-going care management.  Unison
    Behavioral Health Group meets these needs with a wide
    array of accessible, responsive, professional services
    created to help people function at their very best.
nationally representative sample of 42
counties found that children from single-parent
families are more likely to be victims of
physical and sexual abuse than children who
live with both biological parents. Compared to
their peers living with both parents, children in
single parent homes had:
-a 77% greater risk of being physically abused
-an 87% greater risk of being harmed by
physical  neglect
-a 165% greater risk of experiencing notable
physical neglect
-a 74% greater risk of suffering from  
emotional neglect
-an 80% greater risk of suffering serious injury
as a result of abuse
-overall, a 120% greater risk of being
endangered by some type of child abuse.

    First Step provides innovative services for individuals and
    families seeking to develop healthy and loving
    relationships. Services focus on providing practical
    knowledge to clients and empowering them to determine
    their own destinies and includes shelter for men and
    women, emergency crisis line, counseling, educational
    classes, legal and support advocacy, life skills training,
    and information and referrals.

    bring the issue of intimate partner violence to the
    forefront, to change the attitudes and beliefs that
    perpetuate intimate partner violence, and to mobilize the
    community to promote a culture where healthy

    collaborative dedicated to providing men and women
    with an arena to work together to create a community that
